This is a Call for Expression of Interest for three (3) Evaluators to provide advisory support to the Malta Council for Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as the Council) in the systematic and objective assessment of submitted project proposals on International Partnership Awards Scheme Plus (IPAS+).
The aim is to determine the relevance and fulfilment of objectives, suitability, effectiveness, impact and sustainability as per guidelines stipulated by the Council.
Evaluators should hold at least three years of professional experience in Research and Innovation and Internationalisation funding opportunities.
Experience in evaluating projects in relation to internationalisation opportunities and/or experience on national/international funding programmes will be considered an asset.
Interested parties should have a proven track record and will be expected to work under their own initiative and in dialogue with the Council.
Interested applicants are to submit their application documents electronically to voucher.mcst@gov.mt with “Call for Evaluators IPAS+” as a subject heading. Interested Evaluators are requested to submit their response and all relevant documents by not later than midnight on 11th May 2020. If selected, the agreement shall run until 31st December 2021.
