Horizon 2020 will run until the end of 2020. Preparations for the next Framework Programme (FP9) have already begun and in view of this, Malta has initiated a consultation exercise which involves Ministries and other stakeholders. The feedback received will be used to prepare a National Position Paper that is to be submitted to the European Commission for its consideration and which will be used by Maltese authorities during legislative negotiations on FP9.
