Over the years, the EuroNanoForum biannual series of conferences have grown into the most significant European forum in the field of Nanotechnologies. The EuroNanoForum 2017 takes place on the 21st to the 23rd of June 2017 in Valletta, Malta under the auspices of the Maltese Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
It is organised by Malta Enterprise, the Malta Council for Science and Technology, the University of Malta and Spinverse from Finland in cooperation with the European Union’s Directorate-General for Research and Innovation and has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme.
EuroNanoForum 2017 will focus on identifying how Nano and materials technologies can strengthen competitiveness across all European industries. The discussion will also extend to framework conditions such as education, standards, regulations, IPR and safety issues, as well as entrepreneurship and industrial policy. The programme will include sessions on finance and funding through European and National programmes, in particular Horizon 2020, smart specialisation and public-private partnership initiatives.
During three days, one will have the opportunity to network with 70 expert speakers and 1000 international delegates to share best practices and bounce off new project ideas with like-minded professionals.
The event offers multiple occasions for industry leaders, researchers and students to get involved: at the Nanotech exhibition one will get the chance to showcase project achievements; the workshops and brokerage event will create networking opportunities and the ‘Best Poster’ and ‘Best Project’ awards will put young talents and promising new solutions in the spotlight.
Early bird registrations are open until the 7th April 2017. Queries on registration may be sent to email@example.com . For more information on the EuroNanoForum 2017, please visit http://euronanoforum2017.eu/.
